Quality Inn Jackson North

That hotel was exceptionally friendly. I enjoyed reasonably spacious rooms with fridge and a microwave, for example. Had clean amenities. I recommend the place.

Favourable and perfect location in Jackson right by all major stores, a short driving distance away as well as restaurants, and the UNITED STATES. Very amiable and really friendly staff during my stay. Nice building and rooms for a great value.

What you should know

If you're hoping to get a good night's sleep, be cautious! The mattress was comfortable enough to provide some relief after a long drive!

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was far from pleasant-long waits and rude staff dampened what could have been a better stay.

The staff was nice and servicing but the room was awful and I really thought about turning around and leaving right when I found lingerie left by the previous guest

Had a great group trip with friends! Exploring Keeley Park was great, and we also hit up the Grande Golf Club. Plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Just a heads up , check-in took a bit longer than expected, but overall the stay was fun and nice. Definitely recommend!

I had a nice stay with a cozy bed and a surprisingly nice pool area that I enjoyed. The breakfast had a few decent options that kept me fueled for the day, though it could use a bit more variety. Overall, I found it clean and comfortable, but the coffee wasn’t available when I woke up. ☕

Upon arrival, the check-in process took an excruciatingly long time with a new system causing unnecessary delays. The room itself didn't shine much. The shower head was broken, there was mold on the shower curtain, and the fridge had leftover items from previous guests, showing a lack of thorough cleaning. Breakfast options were scarce-only waffles and toast available.

It was just a nice choice for a short stint in Jackson with good price-value balance. The dirty socks left on the floor made it feel a bit off. Check if the vending machines work before counting on them.

My stay was beyond awful! I booked a room, but the owner claimed she never received my confirmation, forcing me to sleep in my car. So disappointing!
